30 Jul 2014 GPD Optoelectronics Corp. is pleased to announce a new addition to its InGaAs “Quadrant” photodiode product suite. The GAP3000Q 3 mm diameter InGaAs Quadrant photodiode operating in the 800 to 1700 nm spectrum has joined the 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm, and 2 mm diameter products. The monolithic, planar constructed circularly segmented geometry offers optimized O/E performance metrics including high responsivity, low noise, high speed, and reliable performance. These photodiodes are available in traditional TO18, TO5, ceramic carriers, and custom packages. |
