High Stability iFLEX-iRIS Lasers from Qioptiq

Qioptiq proudly presents the NEW EXTENDED iFLEX-iRIS™ series of high performance lasers. This innovative series of miniaturized solid-state lasers has fully integrated smart control electronics, and total dimensions of only 70x40x38mm. All 19 wavelengths are provided in the same compact and industry standard package for easy installation, including options for either centralized or offset beam exit positions.

Designed for commercial integration iFLEX-iRIS lasers deliver exceptionally stable power intensity and beam pointing stability, plus low noise performance, resulting in reliable and repeatable instrument measurements. These lasers are available with digital modulation, often used for synchronizing laser emission to external triggers such as sample events or a camera. Fully CDRH compliant versions are also available. Optional single-mode polarization-maintaining fiber delivery is provided with the detachable kineFLEX™, in standard lengths from 1-3m terminated in a connector or collimated output. The detachable kineFLEX design delivers true “Plug & Play” flexibility since it may be added at any stage to convert most non-fiber delivered iFLEX-iRIS lasers into fiber-coupled lasers.

The iFLEX-iRIS laser series has been extended to include additional wavelengths at 520nm, 532nm and 561nm that are ideal for fluorescence applications such as microscopy, ophthalmology and flow cytometry. These lasers are available at power levels of up to 220mW, and in the following wavelengths: 375, 405, 445, 450, 458, 473, 488, 515, 520, 532, 561, 633, 640, 660, 670, 730, 780, 830 and 852nm.

For applications requiring more than one wavelength, Qioptiq can combine lasers inside an iFLEX-Viper™ laser engine system or you can do this yourself with the iFLEX-Adder™.
