nanoplus now offers suitable photo detectors for their DFB lasers. The InGaAsSb based photodiodes are applicable for light detection in the wavelength range from 1000 nm to 2600 nm and beyond on request. With their large photosensitive are of 1, 2 or 3 mm they are specifically designed for high performance gas sensing, process and environmental control, analytical instruments as well as for OEM-products of all kind.
