08 May 2013 The MVfemto is the smallest line laser for industrial image processing. Our new compact laser module measures ø8mm x 40mm long, making it suitable for 3D laser sensors.
The focus of the MVfemto can be set to your required working distance, thus allowing the best line quality possible to be achieved (i.e. as small and homogeneous as possible). The line thickness can be reduced to as thin as 20µm. Standard homogeneity tolerance is ±20%, and enhanced homogeneity can even reach ±15%.
The MVfemto is available in two different wavelength ranges - red (635nm and 660nm) and NIR (785nm and 850nm). The maximum output power is 50mW.
The line lasers can be operated with a voltage between 4.5 and 30VDC, and are available with digital modulation or power control upon request. Like all our FLEXPOINT® lasers, we can also customise the MVfemto to suit your requirements.
