We have produced optical coatings for over 23 years producing high power quality coatings. Recent expansion of our production site has allowed us to manufacture our own substrates and produce highly accurate custom designs. Our new sputter coating chamber produces extremely hard and versatile coatings.
The most popular coating produced is the Nd:YAG and harmonic wavelengths at 1064nm, 532nm, 355nm and 266nm, which are commonly used in systems for tattoo and hair removal, skin rejuvenation, collagen remodelling, surgical laser systems and retinal imaging.
The versatility of our coatings allows us to produce broadband anti-reflection (AR) coated windows that are used in systems for blood flow measurement and Imaging. These include ranges such as 600-850nm, 633-1064, 800-1300nm and many more.
For higher power applications, our accuracy, control and continuous monitoring of our coatings enable us to produce very high damage thresholds for lenses and mirrors including beamsplitters and dichroic mirrors. These are provided for manufacturers of laser medical devices that use high power lasers, including minimally invasive treatment of varicose veins, tissue removal and cancer treatment.
