500mW red diode Lasers for Display applications

Modulight's red single-emitter lasers from ChiliLase product family are well suited for display, projection and illumination applications in the visible range. Laser chips are offered as bare dies, TO-cans, fiber coupled modules or single-emitter subsystems including also multiple-emitter designs up to several watts. Standard wavelengths available from 632nm to 690nm with output powers up to 500mW.
