01 Oct 2010 We are pleased to begin a new distributor partnership with SemiNex for long-wavelength high-power laser diodes at 14xx and 15xx wavelengths.
Standard wavelengths are 1450nm, 1470nm, 1535nm and 1550nm with output power per single-chip as high as 6 Watts!
The chips are available in standard packages including a compact fibre-coupled module, C-mount, B-mount or sub-mount. For improved reliability at high operating power engineers have developed a product called the “Laser Engine” which uses a high-power single-emitter laser in a low-cost package with radial heat sink and fan.
