IRIS systems are designed to measure transmission and/or reflection. The IRIS Broadband Optical Monitoring Systems (BBM) from EssentOptics represent the most advanced solution for control of the optical deposition process from 190 to 1700 nm. IRIS systems are designed to measure transmission or reflection spectra, and allow for layer-by-layer correction of the thin film coating. The IRIS system is based on EOS45 precision spectrometer also designed by EssentOptics.
The IRIS systems are easily integrated into any vacuum coater and can be chosen to operate within a wide spectral range: 200-380nm, 380-740 nm, 380-1100 nm, 1000-1700 nm. The final control system comes with a selected range or a combination of ranges, depending on Customer requirements. |
