05 Mar 2010 The AKRA Single Wavelength Optical Monitoring Systems are designed to measure transmission and/or reflection of the optical coatings during vacuum deposition process within 190-5000 nm range. The AKRA Single Wavelength Optical Monitoring Systems from EssentOptics are designed to measure transmission and/or reflection of optical coatings during the vacuum deposition process. The system is based on the originally-designed M250 monochromator and control software for the visualization of the measurement process on the system’s control display.
The system are easily integrated into most of the vacuum coaters and can be chosen to operate within a wide spectral range: 200-1100 nm, 200-1700 nm, 380-1100 nm, 380-1700 nm, 380-2600 nm, 1,5-5 microns. AKRA optical monitors are supplied with a selected range, depending on Customer requirements. |
