28 Jul 2009 Precision-programmed devices for management of thermoelectric coolers with bi-directional (heating and cooling) PID regulation. TEC Built-in diagnostics (Z-Metery) and PID auto-tuning are implemented. Thermoelectric Controller DX5100 Series represents a precision-programmed devices of management of thermoelectric coolers. Bi-directional (heating and cooling) PID regulation is realized. Four operation modes are integrated: Constant Temperature, Constant Voltage, T-regulation, Temperature Program in time. DX5100 is based on a Modular Concept. Controller is divided functionally and physically into the control board and the power board in two variants: single-channel and two-channel, as well as peripheral and additional modules - the indication board and optional USB Interface board. Modular concept allows assembling of OEM Controller Configurations from one- and two-channel to a network systems up to 32 or 128 channels connected by RS485. Every channel has an independent TEC control. |
