06 Jul 2009 Monochromator for 185 nm to far infrared introduced by Scitec Instruments Polska Scitec Instruments Polska has introduced the Model SSM300 grating monochromator from Gilden Photonics.
The SSM 300 is a 300 mm focal length Czerny-Turner design monochromator with an f/6 aperture ratio. It features an automatic compensatory device for beeline guide abrasion, which can improve accuracy of transmission, reduce noise,and extend application life. Scanning can either be manual or instrument controlled via the SSC-3 controlling unit. The SSM300 is widely used in different specialities and industries such as education, science research, plating film machine and air pollution studies. Various configurations of input and output slits are available all with high precision, long application life time and symmetrical adjustment width. |
