These C and CT mount lasers are not only very powerful but also phenomenally bright. In cw operation, 0.5 W can be achieved at a wavelength of 635 nm. The operating current is 700 mA, and the operating voltage is 2.5 V. Characteristic of the quality of this product is the narrow spectral bandwidth of < 10 nm.
Due to their compact design and high reliability these industrial strength laser diodes can be easily integrated. Their main application fields include displays, material processing lasers, and medical and biochemical applications.
