Recently FLC have showcased the worlds smallest green laser, the MicroGreen and MiniGreen! With optical output power of 15 mW for the MicroGreen and 150 mW for the MiniGreen. The MicroGreen laser is mounted on 5.6mm laser diode header and measures 9 mm in length, while the MiniGreen has 9 mm diameter and 13 mm length. The lasers are developed to be incorporated in devices demanding small space and low current consumption. At 15 mW of optical power output MicroGreen requires as low as <240 mA of input current and can be powered with 1.8 V DC.
