UV-visible-NIR range microscope for non-destructive imaing of microscopic samples. The microscope is capable of absorbance, reflectance, fluorescence and polarization microspectroscopy. It is offered with high resolution UV-visible-NIR digital imaging and a flexible design so that the user may easily image any desired spectral range and on the sub-micron scale.
