UV-visible-NIR range microscope spectrophotometer for non-destructive analysis of microscopic samples. Designed to be added to any microscope, the instrument is capable of absorbance, reflectance, fluorescence and polarization microspectroscopy. It also includes high resolution UV-visible-NIR digital imaging as well as NIST traceable standards for calibration.
