27 Oct 2006 A new generation of high energy mode-locked Nd:YAG lasers is available from EKSPLA. Featuring broad output pulse energy range and <35 picosecond pulse duration PL2241 series lasers from EKSPLA opens new horizons in spectroscopic, nonlinear research and other picosecond mode-locked laser based research applications. Modifications with up to 250 Hz. repetition rate speeds up data acquisition and processing in spectroscopic systems.
Diode pumped solid state laser technology based master oscillator and flash lamps pumped power amplifier of PL2241 lasers combine DPSS reliability and high output energy offering hands free operation. Thermostabilized second (532 nm), third (355 nm) or fourth (266 nm) harmonic options are available as standard options.
For customer convenience, the laser is controlled through its PC interface with LabView drivers (included) or a user-friendly remote control pad.
