VMI's High Voltage Optocouplers and Opto-Diodes - Built for Reliability

Utilizing the photo-sensitive nature of silicon, VMI has created a line of hermetically sealed, high voltage optocouplers and opto-diodes in versions that can be assembled in series configuration for additional standoff voltage capability.

The high-reliability and flexibility of these series make them well
suited for a variety of industries including:

Optocouplers - 10kV to 15kV
Available in a clear molded package, VMI’s 10kV and 15kV version optocouplers are fabricated with two infrared LEDs. All optocouplers are rated for 25kV isolation voltage between the LEDs and the high voltage diode. Ask about VMI’s New 20kV Optocoupler - Coming Soon!

Opto-Diodes - 10kV and 15kV
For applications that require more custom mechanical configurations or electrical characteristics, VMI
provides customers with the option of high voltage diodes in a clear epoxy package without the
embedded LEDs.
