VMI offers a complete range of high voltage axial-leaded diodes in voltages from 1800V to 20000V. Features include hermetic seal, 30nS reverse recovery times, miniature size, and high reliability. QPL diodes are available.
Surface Mount Diodes
Available in a variety of packages, including tab, formed-lead, and plastic packages.
New Products
Recent additions include the MD90, SMF, SM, and SRP discrete diode series ranging from 1800V to 10000V. All new products feature small footprints and ship tape-and-reeled.
Rectifier Assemblies
Rectifiers, single phase, and three bridges are available in standard packages up to 45kV per leg.
Hybrid Multipliers
Hybrid multipliers range in output of up to 12kV cascaded. Stand-alone output voltages range from 2kV to 4kV. Features include miniature size, and high reliability.
Voltage Multipliers
Custom multipliers are designed and produced in a wide range of package sizes, power levels, and voltage ranges. Commercial, industrial, military and space grades available.
Opto-Couplers
VMI recently expanded our product line to include 10kV and 25kV opto-couplers. High voltage opto-couplers are useful in switching applications where isolation and control are necessary.
Power Supplies
VMI has developed a large number of high voltage power supply products to meet the unique requirements of our customers. Our standard line ranges from 250W, 125kV, 2mA, to the XRS series of battery powered, 12VDC, -50kV, 10W power supplies.
Power supply applications include portable X-ray systems for hand-held, battery operated systems, CRTs, HeNe lasers, electrostatics, and more.
VMI's sales organization includes worldwide sales representation and direct factory support.
