Prior to Dassault Systèmes, Schuett also held operations, business development and sales leadership roles with Eigner and Partner, Engineering Animation Inc. aka EAI, and Schlumberger CAD/CAM.
“Zemax has built a leading platform for optical product design that delivers significant value for customers,” said Ove Schuett, Chief Revenue Officer, Zemax. “We have the potential to transform how optical and product engineering teams get their work done every day. I am excited to join the incredible team and be a part of an exciting product portfolio with a massive market opportunity ahead of us."
Zemax's industry-leading optical product design software, OpticStudio®, OpticsViewer™ and OpticsBuilder™, helps optical and product engineering teams turn their ideas into reality through virtual prototyping, which reduces design iterations and repeated prototypes, speeding time to market and reducing development costs. Acquired by EQT Partners in 2018, Zemax is headquartered in the Seattle, Washington, area and has offices in the UK, Japan, Taiwan, and China.
