Finnish laser firm looking to scale up.
Palo Alto, California & Tampere FINLAND, 10th September 2019 – Modulight, Inc., a leading biomedical & semiconductor laser manufacturer, announced today nomination of Mr. Seppo Orsila as President & Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Orsila’s nomination is effective immediately. Dr. Petteri Uusimaa will simultaneously move to new role as Vice President & Chief Technology Officer of Modulight, Inc.
The changes in leadership are part of continuous development as company continues to progress at accelerating pace. Dr. Uusimaa and Mr. Orsila continue to lead the company jointly as business partners and the largest shareholders.
