Kevin Lynch appointed as Cubert’s new Global Sales Director

Date Announced: 30 Aug 2016

Due to the rapid expansion of the real time spectral imaging firm Cubert’s international business, the Ulm, Germany-based company has announced the appointment of Kevin Lynch, as its new Global Sales Director. The company commented that Lynch brings with him “significant experience across many of the end user markets served by Cubert.

Lynch will be responsible for managing Cubert’s growing worldwide sales activities and strategic opportunities for the UHD product line and for developing Cubert’s OEM business. He has over 10 years’ hyperspectral imaging experience working in senior sales roles, selling the company’s Specim product range – most recently at Headwall Photonics as its European Sales Manager.

Dr Rene Michels, Cubert’s CEO commented, “I am thrilled that Kevin has joined the Cubert team. Kevin’s background compliments our commercial growth plans and he will be a valued asset in tackling a market that is experiencing robust growth.”

Michels added, “Kevin joins us at a very exciting time as we have just launched our new website, along with our new corporate logo and new branding. Combined with the forthcoming launch of the new ButterflEYE LS, a joint development between VITO Remote Sensing and Cubert.

“We recently agreed to commercialize the system and it will be included in the Cubert hyperspectral imaging system portfolio as the first high resolution hyperspectral mapping device. With Kevin’s background, coupled with the new Cubert product lines and branding, I am sure it will be a successful combination not only for us and our future growth, but for our customers.”
