| The recent decline in the European PV market has seen drastically reduced installations in Italy and Germany, although the latter remains the largest PV market in the region. Perhaps surprisingly, the UK became Europe's second-largest PV market in 2013 with 1.5 GW added, while sunnier locations like Spain and Portugal barely registered. Source: EPIA. |
