| SPIE's Green Photonics Award in Laser-assisted Manufacturing was presented to a team from Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, US, for their work on femtosecond laser doping and nanostructuring of silicon for photovoltaics. The presenter [right] was the Photonics West Green Photonics conference chair Stephen Eglash and the recipients were Benjamin Franta and Katherine Phillips. |
