| European Commissioner Neelie Kroes receives the Photonics21 association's vision document from Osram CEO Martin Goetzler (far left) in Brussels on February 24. The document outlines the association's thoughts on the future of photonics research and innovation in Europe, and the perceived actions needed from the EC.
