Q-Cells' CFO Marion Helmes, who resigned from the company on November 14, the same day that it announced Q3 results. Her departure leaves the billion-euro turnover company - which is in the middle of a major strategic and operational restructure amid a turbulent solar market and with a looming €200 million debt repayment - with a senior management team consisting of just two people.
