| If all goes according to plan, Orbital Sidekick will see its constellation of hyperspectral imaging satellites launched on board a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket in early 2022. The micro-satellites are set to be used for oil and gas pipeline monitoring initially, where the novel approach would offer a potentially enormous resource saving for energy companies looking to identify and minimize gas leaks.
