| With sales of its VCSEL components for 3D sensing surging, II-VI has just released its new "double-junction" VCSEL array design for world-facing applications. Providing significantly higher power efficiency, the 940nm emitters are said to sense farther and wider with reduced battery consumption, and offer a smaller size to achieve lower cost and enable more inconspicuous designs.
