Colorado MicroDisplay Raises $35 Million in 4th Round Financing

Colorado MicroDisplay, Inc. a leading developer of high-resolution microdisplay chipsets, today announced that the company had raised $35 million in strategic private equity investments in its fourth round of funding.
GE Equity was the lead investor in the round. The company produces high resolution, low cost, low power color microdisplays capable of full motion color video. Proceeds from the investment will further assist CMD in operations, sales and marketing and ongoing product development.
