Satis Vacuum and RTC Systems join forces

Anounced at Optatec, Schweiter Technologies AG, a public company quoted on the Swiss stock exchange, is in the process of acquiring RTC Systems ltd. A UK based manufacturer of optical telecommunications and thin film coating systems.
The company plans to merge Satis Vacuum and RTC Systems.
RTC Systems is a seven year old company that has developed DWDM optical coating systems, whilst Satis Vacuum is a volume producer and leading supplier of high technology thin film coating equipment.
