Santec opens research company

Santec Corporation of Japan has set up a purpose built research company known as Santec Photonics Research Laboratories. The company, established in Komaki, Japan, in August 1999, carries out research and development to support Santec's interests in optical components and tuneable laser sources for telecommunications.
