Siemens Semiconductors opens R&D center in Graz

Siemens Semiconductors (Munich, Germany) has opened a new research and development facility in Graz, Austria. The facility will deploy about 100 design engineers and develop new products and create intellectual property for biometrics, security, chipcard, and RF integrated circuits.
