VisiCom receives contract for UK Wargaming and Training

VisiCom has received a contract from the British Defence Evaluation and Research Agency, under the direction of the Centre for Defence Analysis Navy, for its Joint Force System 2 (JFS2) wargaming system to support Exercise Purple Sound. VisiCom will enhance its baseline JFS2 system to suit the specific needs outlined for British forces as well as provide the technical, operational, training, and management support using staff from Visicom Europe Limited. JFS2 provides the software link to communicate with different simulation systems, creating an integrated conflict scenario for joint command post exercises, and feeds data about simulated units to command and control systems to provide the training audience with up-to-date information.
