Alliance Imaging, Inc., reached an agreement to acquire Medical Diagnostics, Inc., a subsidiary of U.S. Diagnostic, Inc. Alliance, which provides hospital-based fixed-site and mobile magnetic imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT) equipment, will pay $35.5 million for Medical Diagnostics, which also provides diagnostic imaging services.
