ADM Tronics, Nexim sign agreement for remote cardiac monitoring and defibrillation system

ADM Tronics Unlimited Inc. and Nexim Corporation have entered into an agreement for the production and marketing of the MDphone Remote Defibrillation and Cardiac Monitoring System. Nexim's MDphone, a remote telephonic cardiac monitor and defibrillator with an interactive base unit, allows a medical professional to monitor and administer defibrillation remotely. Under the agreement ADM Tronics will provide engineering, manufacturing, and international marketing services.
