Lockheed selects ViaSat for $15.4 million simulator contract

Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems has selected ViaSat for a $15.4million contract to build a communications simulation and test system. ViaSat's Communication Navigation and Identification Stimulator willtest and validate the avionics systems on-board the new F-22 Raptor airfighter. The contract is scheduled to be completed in 30 months, withadditional support following.
