General Scanning, Inc., has acquired Reel-Tech, Inc., a wholly-ownedsubsidiary of Data I/O corporation. The acquisition providessystems integration capability for General Scanning, whichmanufactures laser systems, subsystems, and components. Reel-Techintegrates electronics components handling for marking, leadinspection, parts sorting, and parts packaging.
