Cell Robotics develops laser perforator

Cell Robotics International (Albuquerque, NM) has provided clinical data in a 510(k) premarket notification to the FDA regarding a laser skin perforator, the Lasette. The Lasette opens a small hole in the fingertip by vaporizing water molecules in the skin, allowing the user to collect a few drops of blood in a nearly painless manner.
