LaserSight Inc. has appointed Richard Stensrud to the newly created position of chief operating officer. Stensrud has more than 30 years' experience in health care and has been a director on the LaserSight board since June 1995. A key developer of developer of ophthalmic lasers and surgical equipment, LaserSight Inc. relocated from Orlando to St. Louis last January.
