LaserSight Inc. (St. Louis, MO) appointed William Kern as acting president of LaserSight Technologies following the resignation of Robert Qualls. Kern was previously vice president of sales and marketing. In 1995, LaserSight Technologies brought in 77% of the company's $26 million in revenues. LaserSight has not yet named a new president for LaserSight Centers.
