Palomar forms subsidiary

Palomar Medical Technologies (Beverly, MA) has formed a wholly owned subsidiary, Palomar Electronics Corporation, to combine three elements of the parent company's business: Dynaco Corp. (Tempe, AZ), which designs, manufactures, and sells interconnect products for electronic systems; Dynasys Systems Corp. (Westboro, MA), which manufactures and sells a new proprietary personal computer that permits users to replace microprocessor, memory, and hard drives without professional assistance; and Dynamem Corp., which manufactures and sells patented memory modules.

In addition to electronic products, Palomar develops, manufactures, and markets a variety of proprietary, next-generation medical-laser systems for applications in cardiology and dermatology.
