The resolution 640x512 with pixel pitch 15um, InGaAs image sensors with extended InGaAs wavelength of 1.1µm -1.9µm.  Quantum Efficiency > 70% at 1.7 µm and typical pixel operability > 99%.  Snapshot ITR/IWR and IMRO readout modes.  2,4 and 8 Outputs with 18MHz pixel rate with windowing capability.

Extended wavelength sensors can be detected at high quantum efficiencies and excellent image quality with embeded 2 stage thermal electric cooler.
