The aperture size is 200um diameter. 

Highly reliable planar device with high responsivity at SWIR spectral range 0.95 μm to 1.65 μm.

Low leakage current and noise and >= 800 MHZ 3dB Bandwidth. 

Bare chip, TO Can and One-stage thermoelectric cooler packages are available.
