Variable Optical Attenuators | |
25 Jun 2024 Variable Optical Attenuators (VOAs) are a key component in fibre optic networks. They allow the optical power to be controlled via a reduction in power out of the device. This can be used in many applications including stabilisation, power limiting for laser grades and balancing networks. LASER COMPONENTS have a large range of VOAs available to cover all of your system requirements. We offer a range of form factors to allow for integration into compact designs or larger units with additional functionality. There are components available with SM, PM or multimode fibres in a variety of sleeving and termination options. The full spectrum of optical fibre wavelengths are catered for with both high speed and high power designs at industry standard wavelengths for versatility. We are also able to offer high levels of customisation on standard products. Further information Attenuators (lasercomponents.com) |
