25 Apr 2024 Introducing a new series of gain-stabilized Silicon Avalanche Photodiodes S1541x, featuring a built-in temperature compensation function inside the chip. This feature enables a constant gain, eliminating the need for temperature adjustments and associated temperature-driving circuits.
They are ideally suited for detection wavelengths of 760, 800, and 840 nm with a typical cut-off frequency of 500 MHz. These sensors are highly versatile and can be customized for active area size and array channels, the gain setting can also be changed.
These new Si avalanche photodiodes are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications such as factory automation and laser monitors of optical range finders.
