Indylit 10 - Industrial Femtosecond Laser for Material Processing |
06 Mar 2024 The Indylit 10 is a 10 W class air-cooled industrial femtosecond laser designed for a variety of ultrafast applications. The laser head features an innovative passively cooled design, ensuring the high stability of the optical parameters in a wide range of environmental temperatures (18 - 30°C). The laser emits high-energy (>100 μJ) pulses as short as 400 fs at a wavelength of 1030 nm. The output beam has excellent quality parameters with an M2 value better than 1.2 and circularity better than 0.9. Precise timing electronics enable users to choose from a wide range of pulse repetition rates (100 kHz - 1.6 MHz) and benefit from pulse control options, such as frequency division, gating, burst mode, or on-the-fly power control. The built-in harmonics module extends the accessible wavelengths into the visible range, providing 5 W power at 515 nm with similarly good beam quality parameters as the IR beam. Furthermore, the laser features one of the smallest form factors in its class. The outstanding features of this laser make it a game-changer for the most demanding material processing applications. Common industrial applications include black and color marking, glass and ceramics micro-processing, FBG writing, semiconductor dicing, PCB and flex-PCB cutting and trimming, and repair of LCD, LED, and OLED panels. The laser is also an ideal choice for applications targeting the medical market, such as femto-LASIK, blood vessel stents, and microfluidic device manufacturing. Standout features:
