27 Feb 2024 LASER COMPONENTS is pleased to offer the APX-XNG0031PSD series of PSDs which feature a 2mm active area, extended range visible InGaAs detector. They offer high accuracy position sensitive detection, with an enhanced sensitivity from 400nm to 1700nm. This is higher than the standard spectral response from InGaAs detectors. They are available in electrode resistance options of 0.5kΩ and 2.2kΩ, within hermetically sealed TO-5 cans or as a leadless chip carrier package. They have a high shunt resistance, and are intended for alignment applications, as well as in guidance systems, targeting and communication.
