Spectral Systems opticians have mastery of the Infrared Spectrum. Our specialists are adept in IR optical component manufacturing to create transmission, reflection, or focusing of NIR and FAR IR wavelengths. We rely on our proprietary polishing processes and single-point diamond turned product center to produce highly accurate tolerances, fully backed by interferometry, profilometry, and coordinate metrology.

Don’t forget that precise optical polishing is in the Spectral Systems repertoire. We can create virtually any curved optic intended for field use. If FLAT optics are crucial to your success, we have significant experience produceing flat optics for FTIR instrumentation, military IR windows, fast steering mirrors, and other flat aerospace optics. Coating is performed in-house for faster turn times and full control of the tolerances and optical performance delivered to our customers on-time and on specification.
