Hamamatsu Photonics introduces its cutting-edge, non-cooled InAsSb detector with built-in preamplifier, P16702-011MN. It has high sensitivity in the mid-infrared range up to 10 µm. The built-in preamplifier and compact size allow for easy, and cost-effective integration into portable gas analyzers. The extremely high operation frequency of 100 MHz, make it ideal to couple with high-speed light sources such as Hamamatsu’s Quantum Cascade Lasers
