4-Axis Positioning Stage

   The indicated 4-Axis Positioning Stage is stacked by the following items:
   - 2 units of Single-Axis Linear Stage T80X-25R
   - 1 unit of Vertical Stage T80Z-10B
   - 1 unit of Rotation Stage R80B-L

   It offers +/- 12.5 mm of travel in XY-axis, and 10 mm of height adjustment range. The rotation stage provides both 360° of continuous rotation and ±5° of fine adjustment.
