02 May 2023 The FLEXPOINT® MVnano laser module delivers an output power of up to 100mW and fulfills all the requirements of laser classes 1 or 2. It has various housing options including a separate housing for the electronics and optics which means it is versatile and can be placed in areas that are difficult to get to.
This allows the MVnano to be operated in demanding applications such as undersea monitoring and scanning submerged objects. These images are captured, digitised and then analysed so that failures can be predicted, and enhancements made on future undersea objects can be made. MVnano lasers are suitable for use as a standalone product or for integration, this is achieved with the small housing of 60mm x 11.5mm.
This laser module is available in 405nm to 850nm and delivers output powers of 1mW to 100mW. With its different focus and housing options, the MVnano is a great choice when an application requires a unique arrangement.
